Neil Peretz brings a unique combination of legal expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and global experience to his role as CEO at Enumero Law. With a career spanning decades, Neil has co-founded and led multiple venture-backed technology companies to successful exits and managed teams of up to 100 professionals across legal, technical, and operational disciplines. His extensive background includes navigating high-stakes mergers and acquisitions, overseeing 50+ venture and private equity financings, and taking a company public through a strategic merger.

An innovator in legal process optimization, Neil has developed AI-driven systems to automate the analysis of over 100,000 contracts for major banks and tech companies while scaling intellectual property enforcement across 50+ countries. As a co-founder of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Enforcement and a former U.S. Department of Justice attorney, he has deep regulatory expertise, having advised on compliance for highly regulated financial products and successfully lobbied for federal policy changes. His international credentials include establishing joint ventures in Australia and the UK, setting up subsidiaries in India, and negotiating key partnerships in Asia.

A licensed attorney in multiple jurisdictions—including the U.S., England and Wales, Ireland, and Taiwan (as a Licensed Foreign Affairs Attorney)—Neil holds law degrees from UCLA and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (as a Fulbright Scholar) and is widely published in legal industry publications and law reviews.  He is a member of the American Immigration Law Association, American Bar Association, International Trademark Association, and American Intellectual Property Law Association.  He is an invited speaker at many legal and industry conferences.
